Content and Social Manager

Within the Marketing team and directly attached to the CMO, we are looking for a Content and Social Manager on a work-study basis, for a period of 6 months to 1 year.

We provide them with personalised support from the ideation phase to the recruitment of their future CTO. How do we do this? Thanks to adaptive e-learning! An approach that enables training paths to be adapted to the user's profile, the type of project and the stage of development. Job description

1/  Content management (70%)

Develop the awareness

  • Content marketing : preparation of the editorial planning, creation of optimised content (newsletters, optimised articles, surveys, videos, guide, posts, podcasts, testimonials, competitions......) in line with our graphic charter to enable good referencing and interaction with other websites (social media, press, etc.).
  • Community management: acquisition and commitment of the community: responding to private comments and messages, defining strategic keywords according to new business opportunities.
  • Web Analytic and user experience: analysis of our users' paths via the monitoring of key metrics (bounce rate, click rate, exit page...), implementation of conversion tests (A/B test), reporting and proposals for areas of improvement.


Keep a daily watch: you will always be on the alert on the web and social networks to carry out content curation and competitive/industry watch.

Create efficient acquisition tools: participate in the creation and implementation of digital marketing supports linked to our offers (presentation, lead magnets, customer case studies, template creation, training modules, etc.).


2/ Customer success (30%)

  • Collecting and analysing customer needs: in order to pass them on to the marketing and technical teams.
  • Responding to customer requests via slack: your objectives will be customer satisfaction and rapid response time. Process optimisation: you will actively participate in improving existing processes using no-code tools (zapper, bubble, Webflow) to make the work of the whole team more fluid.


Profile :

You already have a successful experience in community management/web project management (in start-ups or other structures focused on the digital world)You have a passion for training, technology and the issues related to it. Curious and open-minded, you are a true entrepreneur at heart. You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are curious, caring, practical, autonomous, original, authentic and rigorous. Social networks, their algorithms and functionalities hold no secrets for you, especially LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. In fact, you are already followed by a small community of followers. You have skills in Adobe software (Photoshop and InDesign) or at least on Canva, in video production and no-code toolsReal web writing skills
